Fast Shipping

At VCShobbies, we pride ourselves on maintaining a large inventory of items - Like you - when we order we WANT IT NOW! Realistically though we cannot stock every item and at times we do out sell our inventory - another testament to our prices and service! However, we have excellent relationships with our suppliers and can ship most items in a few days. Special order items or out of stock items can take longer. We will notify you of this as soon as we know the status. You always have the option of waiting for the order, substituting a product or requesting a full refund. REMEMBER you can CALL US ANYTIME for a status! Items out of stock on our web site may be orderable with an out of stock notification sent within 24 hours.

Custom built, painted or customized items can take much longer. These items have a nonrefundable deposit and are not returnable.

Shipping Times

We ship USPS. All orders should arrive within 7-10 business days not including holidays and weekends. Oversized items, special order items and of course out of stock items will take longer – if an items is found to be no longer available or will take longer to ship, you will be notified and given the option to wait, substitute or request a refund (does not apply to special order or custom items)

IMPORTANT: FOR OUR MUTUAL PROTECTION ALL ORDERS OVER $100.00 WILL HAVE INSURANCE AND PROOF OF DELIVERY ADDED AT THE TIME YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED. ANY ADDITIONAL FEES FOR THIS SERVICE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped USPS and generally arrive within two to three weeks. Please note that international shipping is out of our control and may take 6 to 8 weeks or longer, depending on where the order is being shipped. Sometimes orders are held up in customs. Sometimes the Post Office screws up! We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Once a product is shipped, it is out of our control. Orders may be delayed in shipping for many reasons. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WHATSOEVER.

VCSHobbies accepts money orders, credit cards & PayPal. Paypal is our preferred method and you can receive bonuses for using it!

• Fax or Mail Credit Card information: Some people do not wish to submit credit card information over the internet. Choose this option to mail or fax your card information.

Credit Card Fraud

It happens a lot and we need to protect our business and our customers. VCSHobbies takes credit card fraud seriously. Any and all attempts of fraud are immediately reported to all federal agencies and we WILL take full legal action against the culprit - The court and attorney fees are more than offset by the protection of our business and our customer's privacy. Most credit card orders will require a copy of the card faxed/emailed to us with a signature for verification. NO order will ship unless this is received and verified.

Special Orders/Custom Builds

Special order custom products are not returnable and require a 50% non-refundable deposit with balance paid before delivery. Custom items and special builds and painting leave a LOT of room for interpretation hence there are no refunds, warranties or liability for such items.

Return Policy

VCSHobbies will only accept returned merchandise on an individual basis solely determined by VCSHobbies. All authorized returns will be refunded, less original shipping charges. All returns, other than shipping damaged goods or incorrect shipments, are subject to a 10% restocking fee(very reasonable) CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS. NO POSTAGE DUE RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SHIPPING CHARGES. REFUSED SHIPMENTS WILL ALSO BE CHARGED A 10% RE-STOCKING FEE.

Items must be returned 15 days from receipt of merchandise in its original packaging and original unused and re-sellable condition (to be determined when package arrives at VcsHobbies). All items requiring manufacturer warranty repair or replacement must be handled directly through the individual manufacturer and should not be returned to VCShobbies. We will refuse all such returns.

Damaged Merchandise

Items damaged in shipment should be REFUSED if packaging shows signs of damage. If package is shown to be damaged in shipment after you receive it, please contact us and KEEP ALL PACKAGING.

Note: Some our model kits are difficult to assemble, have air bubbles and may require other items not included in the kit to complete - THESE ARE NOT DAMAGED GOODS.

Disclaimer

We do not warranty any item for any particular purpose. Most of our items require building skills and we cannot guarantee you will have such skill to complete the model to your satisfaction. RC planes, helicopters, turbine engines, RC construction equipment and trucks must be used with extreme care. We are not responsible for any injuries caused by these products. We assume you will use common sense and good judgment with our models and toys.
