How long does it take VCSHOBBIES.COM to ship my order?
If the items are all in stock your order will ship within 24 to 48 hours from completion.

 

What method of shipping does VCSHOBBIES.COM use?
Our preferred method of domestic shipping is USPS Priority Mail.  Our items usually arrive in 4-6 business days from the time an order has shipped.

 

Does VCSHOBBIES.COM ship to APO and FPO boxes?
Yes, for APO, FPO, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico we use USPS Priority Mail.

 

How do I find out if my order has shipped, do i get a tracking number?
Yes, you do get a tracking number. However, this number is only provided by customer request.  You can request your tracking number by emailing us at sales@vcshobbies.com. Please include your Name and order number in the email and a brief message stating you are requesting a tracking number.

 

Can I cancel my order?
VCSHOBBIES.COM must be notified whithin 24 hours from completion, by phone or via email of any cancellations.

 

What is VCSHOBBIES.COMS Return Policy?
VCSHobbies will only accept returned merchandise on an individual basis solely determined by VCSHobbies. All authorized returns will be credited to your account, less original shipping charges. All returns, other than shipping damaged goods or incorrect shipments, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS. NO POSTAGE DUE RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SHIPPING CHARGES. REFUSED SHIPMENTS WILL ALSO BE CHARGED 20% RE-STOCKING FEE AND WILL BE CREDITED LESS SHIPPING FEES.

Items must be returned 15 days from receipt of merchandise in its original packaging and original unused and re-sellable condition (to be determined when package arrives at Internet Hobbies). All items requiring manufacturer warranty repair or replacement must be handled directly through the individual manufacturer and should not be returned to VCShobbies. We will refuse all such returns.

 

Is everything in stock?
VCSHOBBIES.COM has most of the items shown on our website, however, at times an item is shown but it is not in stock.  If you purchased an item and it is not in stock you will be notified via email within 24 hours.

 

Why Am I being charged taxes?
You are only charged sales tax when you buy a Sherline product and you reside in California.  Since Sherline is in California it is cheaper to ship to a California customer from the same state.

 

How do I apply promo codes to my order?
Before you checkout enter any promo code you have in the space provided and the discount will be added to your order.
